5. Purchases and Payments

• In-App Purchases: Some features or content may be available for purchase within the app. All payments are processed through the applicable platform (Google Play). You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes for any purchases made through the App.
• Refunds: In general, all sales are final. However, refunds for in-app purchases are subject to the terms of the applicable platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Trade Masters, at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Trade Masters is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the operation of the app, its content, or services. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Masters and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
